政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）第五次评估报告已经公布。此次IPCC报告共引用必赢bwin线路检测中心能源与环境政策研究中心的8篇文章，其中Liao等（2007）被引用两次。
    IPCC是评估与气候变化相关科学的国际机构，由世界气象组织（WMO）和联合国环境规划署（UNEP）建立于1988年。IPCC评估报告是气候变化领域最权威的报告。它为各级政府制定与气候相关的政策提供了科学依据，是联合国气候大会-联合国气候变化框架公约（UNFCCC）谈判的基础。此次IPCC报告引用中心8篇文献，是对中心研究成果的高度肯定。
